Four new recipes and five new techniques more or less successfully attempted in one weekend, and I have just one question: When will I learn that there are only 24 hour in a day?
I’m exhausted! But even in my sleep deprived state, I’m rather pleased that I completed everything I set out to do, and I know that I will probably attempt something equally ridiculous in the not too distant future!
I’ll be posting the recipes over the next two weeks so you can recreate you own chocolate afternoon tea, if you are as insane as me, or just bake your favourite if you know your limits/don’t want to devote an ENTIRE weekend to baking!
