
Wow. Somehow its the 10th March already and I haven’t written up a single post for Chocolate Month!
But fear not, dear readers, even though real life and a stinking cold has gotten in the way of my blogging time recently, it hasn’t stopped my brain from buzzing with all the chocolatey concoctions I’m planning to make this month.
I’ll be posting recipes for chocolates truffles (infinitely adaptable and the perfect gift for almost anyone) and filled chocolates (slightly more labour-intensive, but worth it).
On the pastry side of things I’ll be attempting to create the perfect chocolate afternoon tea with chocolate scones and a selection of chocolate pastries of various flavours and textures, utilising as many new techniques as possible.
Shouldn’t be too difficult should it?!
