I think I have discovered a slight problem with my plan for the year: it doesn’t take into account all those obstacles, annoyances and demands on your time that the universe throws at you - usually all at once and when you least expect it. For various reasons it has been particularly difficult for me to find the time to sit down and write up my recipes over the last two months, but I hope things will calm down at some point in the not too distant future.
However, I have managed to try out some of the (many) choux pastry recipes I am intending to make this month, as baking is my favourite thing to do when stressed, and I hope to have them all written up ASAP, life permitting that is!
